Contacts

This section explains how to send WhatsApp messages from the Contacts menu in Odoo.

Step 1: Open Partner

1. Navigate to menu administration/contacts

2. Select an existing partner or create a new one.

Note

• Whatsapp number should be input with your country code such as 62 for ID

• Ex. 621288776713

Step 2: Click the “Send WhatsApp” Button

1. On the bottom at chatter of the form, click the WhatsApp button.

Step 3: Fill in Message Details

1. Choose a template or enter a custom message.

2. Preview the message before sending.

Step 4: Send the Message

Click the Send button to send the message via Klikodoo WhatsApp API.

Step 5: Whatsapp Received

Wait for schedule queue message, then check your whatsapp message
